From the site
Apex Aura Society, Tower F
Shuttering, slab and firefighting supervision on a 22-week programme from April 2026, from excavation and slabs through firefighting risers to testing and commissioning. These are the controls that ran on it.
What you receive
Reports a director can act on
A daily progress report with photographs, manpower and work done, every site day. A weekly progress report with a management dashboard, BOQ-linked activity log, planned against actual, earned value (SPI and CPI), RFI log, NCR register, material reconciliation, risk register, photo log and next week's plan.

What does a PMC do on a construction site?
A project management consultant controls execution between the approved drawings and the site: quantities, bar bending schedules, pour approvals, quality registers, progress reports and material reconciliation. SSR does not change the design.
How is SSR's PMC fee charged?
As a percentage of project cost or a fixed retainer, never as a margin on materials, so SSR has no reason to inflate quantities.
What reports will we receive?
A daily progress report with photos every site day, and a weekly report with planned against actual, earned value, RFI and NCR registers, material reconciliation and a look-ahead.
Do you supervise firefighting work?
Yes. On Apex Aura Society Tower F the scope ran from slabs and shuttering through firefighting risers, sprinklers and detection to testing and commissioning.
