How the figure is worked out
Area × rate, nothing hidden
Built-up area is the covered area on each floor times the number of floors, plus the stair mumty. Balconies count where they are covered and slabbed.
Package rates come from SSR's October 2026 bill of quantities for a ground-plus-one home of about 2,000 sq ft: about ₹1,800 per sq ft for Essential, ₹2,100 for Comfort and ₹2,740 for Premium. The range shown is 6% either side.
Interiors use the same quote: an L-shaped modular kitchen at ₹1.5 lakh, wardrobes at ₹1.45 lakh and false ceiling at ₹55,000 for a three-bedroom home.
