- Test results recorded and handed over with the building

Do you test the firefighting system?

How do you stop toilets and terraces from leaking?
Polymer-modified waterproofing with upturns at the walls, then a 48-hour ponding test before any tile is laid.
Can you take plumbing or firefighting on its own?
